Fun & Affordable: Spring Polish Under $10, $5, and $2 dollars!!!

Hey girls!

Spring is FINALLY here!! And what better to talk about than nail polishes!!! So today, I will share with you my favourite spring colours which are both fun and affordable all for UNDER $10!!

UNDER $10

Essie

(From left to right) nice is nice, mint candy apple, French affair, Blushing Bride
I love Essie polishes because they come in such a wide range of shades and colours! Spring is all about pastels and I find that Essie is the brand I always run to if I'm looking for a new pastel. The polishes apply very smoothly and usually reach opacity around 2 coats( 3 for sheerer colours). The polishes range from $6-$9 depending on where you buy it.

My favourite spring colour from Essie would have to be Mint Candy Apple! Its just so fresh and totally reminds me of spring!

Review: Revlon Lip Butters VS. Maybelline Baby lips (w/ lip swatches !)

Hey girls!

So the other day I was at the drug store and picked up a few of the new Revlon lip butters as well as the Maybelline Baby Lips and I will share my thoughts of them with you (:

1. Packaging

Revlon definitely beat Maybelline in this round. Even though the baby lips have very cute and vibrant packaging, the cap feels somewhat loose and flimsy in the hands. On the other hand, the lip butters have a very chic feel to them. In addition to its sleek silver body, the quitted pattern on the cap gives it more class even though it is made out of plastic as well.
