Glymm Box December 2012 ( with bonus polish)

Got my Glymm box today so i thought i'd share what i got!

my box came with the suncoat nail polish remover, glamorous eye shadow palette, Lashe M Lashes and Lash serum, and a $10 GC.

In addition, i subscribed to glymm for a year so they threw in an extra RGB nail polish in Toast.

I liked this box and will probably use most of the things so i'm happy :)

hey gals!

Long time no post! Im back today with a review and comparison of the Fairydrops Platinum WP mascara and my current HG Lancome Hypnose. I have been using the Hypnose for years and was never tempted to try any other mascaras until all the great things ive heard about fairydrops!! So Fairydrops is a japanese makeup brand and their mascaras apparently have fibres fused in so it makes your lashes appear much longer!!

REVIEW: DOVE Dry Shampoo

So yes I know that washing your hair everyday is bad and that it dries your hair out like crazy so ever since them i've only washed every other day. My hair was never really oily in the winter months so I never bothered to use dry shampoo. But now that the summer months are coming, I find that my hair gets more oily by day 2 so I finally decided to pick up a dry shampoo and I decided to go with Dove's new one (:

the bottle is a decent size at 142g and I've had it for well over a month now and I can still feel that its quite heavy. When I spray it on, I keep it an arm's length from my hair and it is completely invisible on my black hair. After leaving it on for 30 seconds, I brush it out with my fingers and my hair smell and feels fresh just like day 1!!below are before and after pictures showing the absorbing of my oils :) haha

okay so everything about this dry shampoo is fantastic but I do have one IMPORTANT WARNING (and i've read this complaint on alot  of websites and blogs) it's that the dry shampoo runs out after 1 SINGLE USE. Now here's the trick, after you use the dry shampoo, put your ear next to the nozzle and listen to see if theres anything coming out of the aresol can. The first time I used it ,I noticed that it was leaking product after I used it so I just tightened it to make it stop leaking. So all you have to do is make sure it is closed tight after each use. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT LEAKING PRODUCT.

other than that little quirk this product has been amazing for my hair and i would give it a 4.5/5 (-0.5 only for the nozzle design)

Back today with a review~

I went to walmart today and picked up maybelline's new BB Cream. It was $8.95 at my local Walmart and since BB Creams are all the rage right now, I wanted to give it a go for such an affordable price! :)

Let's start off with the packaging:

as you can see the packaging is super cute which is in line with their other "dream" products like the dream bouncy blush (: the tube is 30ml and it claims to be 8-in-1 which are:

4.Hydrates all day ?

5.blurs imperfections ?

6.Oil free, non greasy

7.looks visibly smooth

8.feels fresh
